A walk through the lesser known parts of Colonial Williamsburg

I love Colonial Williamsburg and my husband and I often take our husky walking here. And in our many trips I often find little things or places that most people miss when they visit. Here are some photos from my most recent trip. So next time you visit a historical or particularly touristy location look for hidden treasures that many other over look!

New Effects/Actions

I have been trying out some new effects (photoshop actions and lightroom presets) and am loving some of the results. It is still going to take time to learn them, how to tweak them, and work with them to create beautiful photos! Here are some samples!!

Mason Bendle ~ Varina,Va ~ 3 month old preview

This handsome little man braved the heat for a photo shoot on a beautiful piece of property in Varina, VA. He would not smile no matter what I did, his Momma did, or his big sister did! But none the less we got some cute shots with some fun country props! He was a snuggler and I enjoyed holding him when he decided he'd had enough modeling.
